FREE ESTIMATES

WE CHARGE BY THE JOB. We do have a minimum charge of $75.00 for the first hour or less of work. After that, the work is priced by the job and not by the hour.
Affordable Handyman craftsmen will call into the office for pricing and will deduct any coupons from the price at that time.
If you would like the work done at the time, you will sign on the "Proposal Accepted" line before he begins.
If you need the work done another day, our craftsman will call the office at that time to reschedule.
Our jobs are for labor only and DO NOT include any materials.
You receive a 1 year written guarantee on all craftsman labor.
All craftsmen are insured and bonded through Affordable Handyman.
If unknown or concealed problems are discovered during the job, the craftsman will stop all work at that time, advise you and call the office. A change order will then be written to cover costs to make repairs and must be approved by the customer before work can be continued.

PAYMENT

Payment for all jobs is due upon completion.
Interim payments and deposits, payable to Affordable Handyman, may be required on large jobs that will take more than 1 week to complete or jobs that are not done same day.
We except personal checks made out to Affordable Handyman (there could be up to a $75.00 charge for returned checks).
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover or Amex. You will call our office with your number and they will mail you the charge receipt (there could be up to a $50.00 charge for unsecured payment).

MATERIALS

Materials normally are not included in our pricing. There are times when we can include
materials and labor together to help the customers who otherwise have no way to pick them up or find the lowest pricing. These jobs are handled by the Operations Field Manager.
If our craftsman purchases materials for you, he will hand you the receipt for reimbursement. We do not mark up the materials to you. All materials purchased are the property of the customer and must be approved by the customer.
Customer is responsible for picking out colors and styles.
